By limiting our residence to just eight fully equipped lofts, we ensure every guest enjoys spacious living—complete with full kitchens and laundry facilities—supported by a dedicated 24/7 concierge and maintenance team.
Urban Reforestation & Living Architecture
In an expanding city, preserving connection to nature is essential. Rather than building up to the edge of the property line, we integrated an architectural vertical forest directly into our structure, planting over 50 native trees and living shrubs across the facade. This green canopy softens the urban skyline, invites natural breezes, and brings a sense of quiet tranquility into every suite.
